FlyHi Club believes in the power of travel for people of color and the importance of representation to shake things up in a space where we don’t really see ourselves.
Pre-pandemic, only 17% of African Americans took one or more international trips per year. Most major campaigns for travel paint a picture of only Western tourists. With the absence of brown faces in travel advertisement, there is a message being sent that this is not something for us. FlyHi Club challenges this by creating expressive travel wear that inspires travel for people of color.

WHY TRAVEL?
Traveling gives so much more than any text book ever could. Living it has a deeper effect than just reading about it.
When you expand your perspective, you realize there is more to life than just the small world you’ve created for yourself and are comfortable with. Exposing yourself to new places and cultures allows you to reflect on life, build relationships, grow as an individual and have a deeper appreciation for self.
